FRUIT PULPS 25 KG
A Semi-thick viscous and free-flowing fruit pulp containing
fruit flavouring and colouring. Contains both the juice and the pulp, which is
the stringy fibre which is often removed from fruit juice.
Dosage between 10 – 12 % used in yoghurt, fermented milk
products, milkshake mixes, ripple for ice creams.
Flavours Available: Fruit Cocktail, Granadilla, Mixed Berry, Peach Apricot,
Pear Caramel, Strawberry, Stewed Fruit & Custard, Black Cherry & Plum,
Cape Fruit, and Pear Caramel Pulp.
FRUIT SYRUPS 25 KG
A Semi-thick viscous and free-flowing fruit syrup containing
fruit flavouring and colouring.
Dosage between 8 – 10 % used in yoghurt, fermented milk
products, milkshake mixes, ripple for ice creams.
Flavours Available: Banana, Strawberry, Toffee, Granadilla, Peach, Peach
Apricot, Mixed Berry, Pear Caramel, Chocolate, Chocolate & Choc Chips and
Vanilla syrup.
FLAVOUR COMPOUNDS 1 KG & 25 KG
Powdered flavour compounds produced through low-temperature
spray-drying. This free-flowing fine powder displays hygroscopic
characteristics, making it ideal for various applications. In liquid
form the flavouring can also be used in various applications.
Flavours available: Banana, Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Bubblegum, Amarula,
Apple, Caramel, Cherry, Chocolate, Coffee, Hazelnut Chocolate, Cola, Cookies
