Flavours Available:
- Banana
- Chocolate

Suitable with or without an Ice cream machine
If frozen through a ice cream machine :
- Mix 1.5 kg ice cream powder with 3.5 kg good quality water or full cream milk until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Allow to stand for 2 hours in a refrigerator, then whisk again vigorously before pouring into the ice cream machine
Without an ice cream machine :
- Mix 1 kg ice cream powder with 2 litres full cream milk or 2 litres of good quality water.
- Mix with hand blender until powder has totally dissolved.
- Pour into moulds and place in freezer overnight.
