Flavour enhancing culture

Can be used in a variety of different cheeses such as Feta, Cheddar, Gouda and many more.

Consists of a specifically selected strain of Lactobacillus helveticus complementary to ensure a uniform and controlled production of cheese with enhanced flavour due to high proteinase and peptidase activity
