LYOFAST LRB

LYOFAST LPRA

Protects against yeast & moulds. Can be used for any product – needs to be used with culture when making Maas, Cheddar etc. increases shelf life of product.

LYOFAST BGP 1

-Blowing of cheese particularly in semi hard and pasta filata style cheeses is caused by heterofermentative lactobacilli.
-An extra incentive to add the BGP 1 protective culture is that it results in improved flavour
-Can be used in meat as well.
